We have two online meal application options.  The Oregon Department of Education Nutrition office has an online application you can fill out, link below.  You can also create a user profile for Titan School Solutions, our point of sale provider, once logged in you can apply for meal benefits with in your user account, link below.

Special School Year 2020/2021 Meal Prices:

Free for all students.

Confidentiality: All information on your application is confidential and will only be used for the meal program, unless you request to release the information. Student computer accounts look identical to cash paying students, so no one can tell what the status of any student is. We respect your privacy. The only time cash or money on their student account is required is if a student is wanting to buy an la carte item, such as baked chips or bottled water.

New Application Each Year: Applications are available at all schools. A new application must be filled out each school year to qualify for free or reduced meals. If your child was free the previous school year, you have that status for the first thirty days or until a new application is approved. The sooner you turn in an application the better. Please be sure your application is complete. Once your new application is processed, your new meal status is effective the day after it is processed.

Notification: Nutrition Services will contact you via email or in writing when your application has been approved or denied. Please allow a waiting period of up to 10 working days for the Nutrition Services to process the application.  We encourage you to create an account in Titan School Solutions.  You can view your application results in your account for your student(s).

Apply Anytime: You may apply for meal benefits at any time during the school year.  You can apply online through the state website by clicking on this here.  Directions for applying online can be downloaded by clicking here.  You can also apply with in your account in Titan School Solutions.

Foster Child: A foster child living in your home qualifies for free meals regardless of your income. The application must have the child's legal name, child's personal use income and an adult signature.  Foster children may have an application submitted as part of a family application, when doing this the foster child(s) income should be included as part of the family income. Foster children are required to have a new application submitted each school year.

Free & Reduced Form: Please contact your local school or Nutrition Services at 494-6912 for an application or click the link on the left of this page to download a printable version of the application. Please only complete one application per family even if you have students attending more than one school within the Jackson County School District.6 A paper income application must have a signature and a social security number. Without these, we can not process your application.

Family Application: Only one application per family.

Kindergarten Students: All kindergarten students will have a meal account created for them.  You can access that account, make meal payments, and or apply for meal benefits with in the Titan School Solutions Family Portal. Kindergarten students at Patrick and Sams Valley will receive no cost meals under the Community Eligibility Provision.

When completing an Application for meal benefits please be sure to:

· List all children attending Jackson County School District 6 in part two if they are receiving Food Stamps or TANF benefits. Also list the case number in the space provided after each student's name.

· List all children attending Jackson County School District 6 in part two if they are not receiving TANF or Food Stamps benefits.

· List all adult household members including all children and their incomes in section four (benefits are based on family size and combined income so it is important to list everyone.)

· An application is not considered complete without a signature and (if based on family income) a social security number. Without these, we can not process your application.
