I've worn these camisoles for many years and these are the same great quality. I am a 40B and the size medium fits me well. I wear the camisole without a bra under many of my clothes so like the snug fit. Over a bra or a C cup the large would be best Susan from Florida

The camisole is longer than the one it is replacing, but that's not a problem. Overall, it's great....just warm enough to keep my core warm during the cooler weather.
